Rodney G. McQuown Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney G. McQuown (Kenton, Ohio), who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McQuown and Fern McQuown (Wuethrich); his brothers, Richard L. McQuown and Waland McQuown (Wally); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Hinkle, John Moore, Brian Alexander, Kenneth Lament, Allen Danzig, Irene Mabrey and Sue Mabrey.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Susan McQuown (Lament); his children, Heidi Lawrence (Jason) of Reynoldsburg, Eric McQuown of Kenton and Jeremy McQuown of La Rue; his grandchildren, Allen McKean, Marine, Linsie Marie (Eric) of New Bern, NC and Joshua Lawrence of Reynoldsburg; his great grandchildren, Vivianna McKean of Fredericktown, Ian Marie and Sophia Marie of New Bern, NC.; his sister-in-law Pamela McQuown of Bellefontaine; his brothers, Jerry McQuown (Diana) of Richwood and Michael McQuown (Sharon) of Upper Sandusky; his sister-in-law Donna McQuown of Kenton; his brother Jeffrey McQuown (April Dimon) of Kenton; his siblings-in-law, Melvin Hinkle of LaFollette, TN, Peggy Alexander (Joe Thompson) of Maplewood, Donna Morrison (Jeffery) of Kenton, Marilyn Houchins (Richard) of Lakeview, Janet Evers (Pat) of DeGraff, Elzie Mabrey Jr. of Kenton, Elsie Campbell (Dave) of Marion, Marlene Mundy (Bill) of Findlay, Ira Mabrey of Kenton, Jim Mabrey (Deb) of Kenton, Ercle Lament of Grove City and June Danzig of Warren; and his pets, Rocky, Whiskers and Munchkin. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
