He is survived by: his former wife Sue Crowe; his children, Stacey Hensley (Jeremiah), Stephanie Hays (Mark), Kenton and William Minix (Abby); his grandchildren, Jeremy Hensley (Katelyn), Jacob Hensley, Hunter Hensley, Drayton Palmer, Haylee Minix, Fiona Hays, Stella Rose Hays and Braylynn Rose Minix; and his sisters, Shirley Whitaker (Jerald), Marsha Meade (Gary), Cheryl Lenhart (Dennis) and Nancy Hadding.
