He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Adams and Lucille Adams; and his sister Debbie Kay Adams. He is survived by: his wife Lesa Kay Adams (Manns) of Kenton; his children, Ricky Adams Jr., Jennifer Rush (Josh) and Tiffany Smith (Chris); his siblings, Phyllis Madison (Butch), Joyce Finnegan (Terry), Donnie Adams, Ronnie Adams and Gary Adams; his stepchildren, Lucinda Moe (Tim), Keith Bickle and Brittany Cole (Alfred); and his grandchildren, Taylee, Audree, Teaira, Josselyn, Alivia, Ashlyn, Aiden, Riley, Ryan, Jill, Hailey, Madison, Gaige, Bree, Paislee and Shayla.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
