He was predeceased by: his parents, John W Baum and Mary Baum (Albert); and his siblings, Teresa Drumm, Ginny Henderson and John W. Baum.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Asay; his children, Richard Baum Jr. (Serena) and Kelli Reese (Darrel); and his grandchildren, Ace, Grady Baum and Isabella Hoffman.
