It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Evans of Kenton, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorain A. Basinger and Rebecca Kathryn Basinger (Tapp); and her brother Richard L. Basinger. She is survived by: her husband William L. "Bill" Evans; her children, Mary R. Evans (Patsy) of Baltimore, MD, Michael R. Evans of Findlay and Nathan Evans (Dawna) of Logan; and her sisters, Patsy Merry of Estes Park, CO and Kathy Oates (Tom) of Lakeland, FLA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Burial at Wolfcreek Cemetery will be private. Masks will be required and Covid-19 protocols should be followed at all services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice.
