He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Middleton and Lucille Carothers (Everett); his spouse Donneta Elliott; and his sisters, Carol Middleton and Jan Siefert.
He is survived by: his children, Kerin Krohn of Carmel and Shawn Middleton (Kim) of Kenton; his half-sister Ann Olson (Pete) of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Trey Middleton (Samantha) of Kenton, Jordan Wagner (Danny) of Corydon, Alexandra Waters (Donnie) of Indianapolis and Regan Guenther (Logan) of Ridgeway; and his great grandchildren, Brailyn, Landon, Landry, Josie, Charlotte, Bennett and Lane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Kenton.
