He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Mullins and Goldie Mullins (Joseph); his stepfather John Calvert; his former wife Wanda Fry; and his brothers, Mannis Mullins and Tony Adams.
He is survived by: his spouse Holley Drouillard Howard; his children, Wayne Mullins of Johnson City, TN, Mark Mullins of Ada and Lisa Hemry of Ada; and his siblings, Dennis Mullins (Sharon) of Waynesfield, Gary Mullins (Connie) of Columbus Grove, Sue Decker of Alger, Ella Loubert of Lakeview, Donna Teeters (Bob) of Kenton and Brenda Joseph (John VanAtta) of Lakeview. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchildren.
