He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Soto and Beverly Soto (Sharon). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Angela Heimbrock (Rob) and Deanna Soto; his former wives, Julie Brown Collins and Stephanie Blair; his stepchildren, Stephanie Humphrey (Ryan), Nathan Frankel (Joni) and Valerie Covert (Ryan); his grandchildren, Nick, Natalie, Cougar and Sebastian; his stepgrandchildren, Shandi, Heather, Natalie, Chasetan, Logan, Kodiak and Lillith; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gavin, Rylan and Fallon; his siblings, Cheryl Barrett, Donna Soto-Morettini, Ron Soto, Kimberly Sharifi (Matt) and Melissa Soto-Schwartz (Meryl); and his stepsiblings, Cheryl Petry (John) and Wesley Martin (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, Kenton or a charity of the donor's choice.
