He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Caudill and Dorothy Caudill (Webb); his stepmother Peggy Caudill; and his siblings, Carl Caudill Jr., John Banford and Cheryl Durkin.
He is survived by: his children, Mende Klesmit (Ron) and Michael Caudill (Tiffany Gamble); his siblings, Gary Caudill (Charlene), David Caudill (Lucille), Timothy Caudill, Brian Caudill, Lori Ann Eversole, Karla Edwards (Wayne), Tim Durkin, Perry Bond and Roger Durkin; and his grandchildren, Tyler Caudill, Dylan Hale (Riley McKinnis) and Abby Rans. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Michael's honor may be made to the St. Judes Children's Hospital.
