He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Clark and Gloria Clark (Brown). He is survived by: his children, Monica Gagliano (Antonio) of Kenton and Adam Lamb of Kenton; his godson Domanic Sloan of Kenton; his sisters, Terri Holloway (late Jesse Pullian) of Kenton, Andrea Warren (late Dwaymon) of Cincinnati and Leslie Moore of Cincinnati; and his granddaughter Jael Lamb. He is also survived by several other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. John's Evangelical Church (211 E Carrol St, Kenton, OH 43326).
