She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Shaffer and Catherine Shaffer (Wilson); and her husband Wayne Melvin Nickell. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Ann Hensley (Bruce) and Gregory Allan Nickell (Maura); her siblings, Barbara Davis (Lloyd), Annabelle Horne, Mary Ann Prater (Bill) and Duane Shaffer (Kea); and her grandchildren, Wendy Marie Nickell, Christopher Allen Nickell, Bryce Wayne Hensley (Valerie), Derek Ray Hensley and Tiffany Louise Snow (Drew). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Masks will be required and Covid-19 protocols should be observed.
