She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mullady and Maxine Mullady (Spathe); her husband Harold Richard Shirk; her son Duane Shirk; her siblings, Patrick, James, Donald Mullady (Chub) and Barbara Jones; and her great grandchild Tyler E. Shirk.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Shirk (Annetta) and Pamela Hamilton; her sister Jenny Mullady-Moore; her grandchildren, Aaron Shirk (Tarra Meyer), Stacey Hamilton-Davis (Jerome), Katie Keim (Josh), Sarah Smith (Steve) and Rylan Hamilton (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Conner, Tyler S. Shirk, Blake, Karson Davis, Logan, MaKayla Brown Alyssa, Trey and Trinity Smith.
