She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzo Ousley and Josie Ousley (Prater); and her sisters, Stella Rose, Vernie Robinson, Melba Puckett and Eunice Price.
She is survived by: her spouse Burt Speicher; her children, Erica Edler (Robert) of Kenton and Richard Speicher of Columbus, GA; her siblings, Judy Wireman (Chuck) of Alger, Elmer Ousley of Lima, Bud Ousley (Helen) of South Dakota and Hager Ousley of Moorhead, KY; her brother-in-law Carl Puckett of Ada; her grandsons, Derek Gibson, Dustin Edler and Austin Edler (Nicole); and her stepgranddaughter Candie Littleton. She is also survived by 1 great-granddaughter, 3 step great-granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations maybe made to the Bridge Home Health and Hospice or the Activities fund at Blanchard Place.
