She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wright and Beaulah May Taylor; and her husband Dennis Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jean Douglas of Sidney, Kathy Jo Godwin (Rick) of Russell Point, Teri Lynn McIntire of Kenton and Curtis Douglas (Rita) of Kenton; and her stepbrother Douglas Taylor of Florida. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospitals.
