He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr. Mabrey and Velma Mabrey (Holden); his wife Virginia Horner; his siblings, Mary Lou Mabrey, Katheryn Mabrey and David Mabrey; and his great grandchild Lucy Packer.
He is survived by: his children, Madge Battles (Richard) of Kenton, Mary Kay Wilson (Greg) of Orlando, FLA and Alan Horner (Diana) of North Baltimore; and his siblings, Linda Struble (Alan) of Mt. Victory, Tom Mabrey of Kenton, Steve Cukovecki (Theresa) of Xenia, Dan Mabrey (Mary) of Mt. Victory, John Mabrey of Kenton and Don Vermillion (Bonnie) of Kenton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
