He was predeceased by: his father Grandville Patrick; his wife Brenda Nichols; and his brothers, Leo and Tony Patrick (Melissa Lustt). He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Kennedy (Dennis) of Kenton and Karen Patrick of Kenton; his stepdaughter Kandy Combs of Kenton; his son Lacy Patrick Jr. (Rebecca) of Kenton; his stepson Glen Combs Jr. of Kenton; and his sisters, Betty Sheppard (Steve) of Alger and Jackie Hurt (Clyde) of Kentucky. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Lacy's honor can be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
