He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kingman and Leora Kingman (Clinger); and his brother-in-law Marvin Pace. He is survived by: his stepmother Phyllis Kingman; his brother Denny Kingman; his stepsisters, Carol McKinley (Paul), Jayne Merchant (Randy Verhoff), Lee Pace and Tammy Mitchell (Joe); and his friends, Dennis Hinton and Fred Sherman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
