He is survived by: his children, Kenneth A Riggs of Kenton, OH, Kelly A Riggs of Hazen, AR and Kerri A Riggs of Pine Bluff, AR; his siblings, Charles Riggs of New Boston, TX, Albert Riggs (Deborah) of Texarkana, AR, Donny Riggs (Delie) of Turkey, Mary Threlkeld (Herman) of New Boston, TX, Linda Davidson of Campbell, TX and Doris Sims (James) of Campbell, TX; and the mother of his children Ruth Ann Keck. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 17 nieces and nephews, a number of great nieces and nephews, and former wife.
