He was predeceased by: his father Clair "Butchey" McCullough; and his brothers, Winfield McCullough and Charles McCullough. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy "JT" McCullough of Mt. Victory, Zac McCullough (Ashlee) of Mt. Victory and Michele Tuttle (Greg) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Jalon Tuttle (Breanna), Camdon Tuttle, Cambria Tuttle, Gracyn McCullough, Emmy McCullough and Sophie McCullough; his brothers, Bruce McCullough (Mary Alice) of Pennsylvania and Dean McCullough (Andrea) of Mt. Victory; and his sister-in-law Carolyn McCullough of Kenton.
