She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Wayne and Martha Nickell (Shaffer). She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Louise Snow (Drew), Bryce Wayne Hensley (Valerie) and Derek Ray Hensley (Amanda Miller); her brother Gregory Allan Nickell (Maura); and her grandchildren, Adrian Wayne Hensley, Collin Bright, Joel Bright, John Seely, Leola Snow, Jamison Cummins and Connor Reeden.

Memorial donations in Kathy's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
