She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Powell and Laura Powell (Ish); her siblings, Kenneth, Francis and Penny Reissig (Powell); her son Roger Shepherd, Jr.; and her niece Laura Hurley.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Shepherd; her children, Michael Shepherd (Diana), Varian Shepherd, LeeAnna Shepherd (Kevin) and Jared Shepherd (Miranda); her grandchildren, Benjamin Shepherd, Devin Wallace (Matthew), Aaron Shepherd (Abagail), Elijah Shepherd, Ethan Shepherd, Chanelle Shepherd, Reagan Shepherd and Hudson Shepherd; her great grandchildren, Emmett Shepherd and Negan Shepherd; her niece Lisa Bicknell; and her nephew Tony Powell.
