She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur D. Tow and Hazel L. Tow (Purcell); and her sister Emma Jean Tow. She is survived by:, Jackie Prater (Markus) of Alger, Mandi Dye (Dustin) of Lima, Aidyn, Easton, Joshua Prater of Alger and Jordan Prater of Kenton.
