She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlen Gammon and Helen Gammon (Toga); her husband Steve Smith; and her brothers, Kenneth Wayne Gammon and Andrew Gammon.
She is survived by: her sons, James Collins of Kenton and Christopher Adams (Lesa) of Kenton; and her siblings, Kay Eileen Carder of Kenton, Raejean Gammon of Lima, Harold William Gammon of Ridgeway and David Gammon (Teresa) of Hepburn. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joy's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
