He was predeceased by: his father John Flack; and his siblings, Charles Bywaters, Kay McDonald, Thurman Bywaters and Gene Bywaters.

He is survived by: his significant other Judy Leiberick; his children, April Anderson (Ken) and David Flack; and his brothers, Pat Flack and Phill Flack. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Steve's honor may be made to the Hardin County Angles for Elderly.
