He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Jeanne Ralston (Axline); his son J. W. Ralston; his stepdaughter Denise Gray; and his siblings, David Ralston and Marianna Elsasser.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Beaman; his wife Angie Clemons Gray; his children, Rebekah Ralston of Toledo and Brandon Ralston; his stepsons, DeWayne Gray of Dublin and Dale Gray of Marysville; his grandchildren, Steven, Austin and Lucinda Gray; and his sisters, Margaret Davis, Marjorie Gilley and Charlene White of Lima.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Bill to the Parkinson's Foundation or a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
