With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Porter Jr. (Kenton, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Sr. Porter and Helen A. Porter (Miller); his siblings, Terry Porter and Mary Porter; and his granddaughter Susan Skaggs.
He is survived by: his children, John E. Porter III of Kenton, Pamela Cotrell (Steven) of Lima and Lisa Anne Detwiler (Bill) of Kenton; his grandsons, Chad, Tracy and Charlie Wallace; his great grandchildren, Fraya, Kamdyn and Miyah; and his friend Romona Snodgras.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
