He is survived by: his mother Shawna Hale (Rogers); his girlfriend Samantha Lightner of Kenton; his children, Abrianna Hale, Brielle Hale and Jayden Hale; his brothers, Justin Hale (Bailey Price) of Kenton and Jake Hale (Loghan Evans) of Kenton; his nephews, Kason, Jeremiah and Judson; and his grandmother Cindy Sexton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for future expenses for John's children.
