She was predeceased by: her father Curits Magher; her husband Richard E. Baxter; her daughter Marilyn S. Baxter; and her siblings, Neva Kesler and Duane Magher.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Baxter (Sandra); and her granddaughters, Joanna Foster (Joshua) and Amy Marie (Jamie). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Joan's honor may be made to the Waynesfield United Methodist Church.
