He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Smith and Eilenne Smith (Baughman); and his siblings, Floyd "Bud" Smith and Zenda Rice. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Joslin; his sons, Jacob Smith (Erika) and Caleb Smith (Jessica); his sister Deb Howe (Robert); and his half-sisters, Kristol Shadbolt and Renee Smith.
