He was predeceased by: his parent Dean Tackett; and his brother David Tackett. He is survived by: his mother Judy Tackett (Hall) of Kenton; his daughters, Amber Mauch (Doug) of Findlay and Cristen Kalb (John) of Kenton; his sister Michelle Shepherd (Bob) of Kenton; his grandchildren, Cooper, Cohen, Laney Mauch, Kennedy and Mackenzie Kalb; his nephew Tony Rhoades; his pet Hanna; and his family Sulphur Lake Campgrounds.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Price McElroy Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Kenton, OH 43326). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Jef's honor may be made to the Conkey Memorial Foundation through the funeral home or the Hardin County Dog Pound.
