He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Andy Guisinger and Angela McMillion. He is survived by: his children, Mike McMillion of Bellefontaine, Jake (Callan Pugh) of Upper Sandusky and Catherine (Tylor Tohati) of Cleveland; his siblings, Tonya Guisinger of Azle and Scott McMillion (Shanette Teneyck) of Kenton; his granddaughter Khalani Hutchison; and his nephew Chaz Ward. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jim's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
