He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Conley and Margaret Conley (Bailey); his wife Barbara Baum; his son Steven Conley; his siblings, Lloyd Conley, Troy Conley, Poplee Fultz, Ollie Spencer, Goldie Ferkins and Sam Howard; his granddaughter Amanda Conley; and his great grandchild Cailee Conley.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Conley of Kenton, Jim Conley (Gail) of Kenton, Mark Conley (Donna) of Alger and Tim Conley (Gina) of London; and his close friend Sandy Fink. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in James's honor may be made to the New Hope Church in Kenton.
