He is survived by: his parents, James E. Wheeler II and Kathy Fox (Bridenbaugh); his stepfather Chuck Fox; his children, Tammy Wheeler (Joshua) and Tom Wheeler (Sabrina); his grandson Dylan; his former wife Pam; and his brothers, Ken Wheeler of Kenton and Bob Wheeler (Angie) of Kenton. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
