He is survived by: his former wife Becky Rish; his sons, Glenn Thomas Christopher Horner (Tammy) of Kenton, Fredric Jonathan Horner (Ken Metz) of Sidney, Joshua Tyler Horner (Bridget Ellis) of Kenton and Andrew Jacob Horner (Christine) of Jackson, TN; his grandchildren, Andrew Horner, Lydia Shark (Chad), Tyler Horner, Shelby Horner, Mia Horner, Connor Elton Metz and Kennedy Rose Maag; and his siblings, Steve Horner (Deann), Connie Burba (Ron), Kay VanBuskirk (Harold) and Victoria "Pete" Brown.
