She is survived by: her children, Kristye Scott (Eric), Erick Winegardner (Peyton) and Heather Keckler (Heath); and her grandchildren, Kale Mohn, Lyric Tanner, Cooper Winegardner and Lainey Winegardner.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price McElroy Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Kenton, OH 43326). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations in Jackie's honor may be made to Mary Lou John Library in Kenton.
