He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Varker and Edna Curtis (Briant); his grandson Ethan Curtis Dodge; and his sister Marjorie Elaine Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Richards; his children, Kevin Scott Curtis (Dian) of Fort Wayne, IN and Carolyn Colleen Dodge (Brad) of Williamstown, OH; his grandchildren, Joshua H. Curtis of Fort Wayne, IN, Breanne Jackson (Darrin) of Granger, IN, Brandon Dodge (Madeline) of Fostoria, OH and Michelle McArdle of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his niece Nancy Alliett. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
