She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Drumm and Evelyn Drumm (Warner); and her husband Walter H. Oates. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tammy Oates Landon of Kenton, Tom Oates of Lakeview and Mike Oates (Anya) of Dublin; and her siblings, Wilma Drumm Noonan of Columbus, Francis Drumm, Jr. (Marie) of San Bernadino, CA and Rodney Drumm (Patsy) of Marysville. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
