George Lemuel Long Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lemuel Long of Kenton, Ohio, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Long and Florence Long (Oates); his wife Anita Combs; his son Rick Long (Judy); his son-in-law Alan Kendrick; his grandson Michael Kendrick; and his siblings, Paul Long (Dortha), Alice Cahill (Howard), Betty Draper (Ross), Lillian Stinson (Elmer), Mildred Wilkerson (Norman) and Carl Long.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Long (Helen), Connie Sheets (Dave), Jim Long (Fonda) and Judy Kendrick; and his sister-in-law Kathy Long. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in George's honor may be made to St. John's Evangelical Church in Kenton or the donor's choice.
