He was predeceased by: his son Terry Eugene Crabtree; and his great great grandchild Waylon Lee Fay. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Jacques); his daughters, Teresa Crabtree Winegardner, Peggy Crabtree Cannode (Bruce Jr.) and Bobbie Crabtree Simpson (Troy); and his sisters, Helen Beverly and Mary Elder (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
