He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tice and Frances Maxine Tice Jr. (Monteith); his brother Charles "Chuck" Monteith; and his grandson Andy Tice. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Grindell; his sons, Frank Tice IV (Jana), Mark Tice and Randy Tice (Darlene); his sister Florance Arleen Dalrymple (Charles); his grandchildren, Brittney Tice, Frank Tice V, Amber Tice, Randy Tice Jr., Allison Tice, Brooke Tice and Ryan Tice; his stepchildren, William Elsasser III and Misty Wilson; and his stepgrandchild Jayden Boedicker. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
