He was predeceased by: his father Howard Bailey; and his siblings, Robert A. Bailey (F. H. Bailey) and Mary Jean Wiles. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jill Croy (Chuck), Jeff Bailey (Lisa Holliday-Myers) and Julie Preston (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Hillary Andrade (Robert), Aaron Conkle (Kristen), Jennifer Hendrickson (Kerry) and Angie Hogan. He is also survived by his family and friends.
