He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Fraley; and his wife Patricia A. "Patty" Collins. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Fraley (Ashley) of Lima, Stephanie Cannode (George) of Kenton and Ashley Tudor (Josh) of Belle Center; his grandchildren, Jessica Boger (Nathan), Brooke Prater (Jeremy), Bradley Motter, Saijyn Roberts, Baikyr Roberts, Phenyx Tudor, Luna Fraley and Chris Cannode; his sisters, Sue Fraley (Steve) of Montana and Shirley England of Kenton; and his niece Peggy Bushong.
