She was predeceased by: her parents, Hagar Manns and Olive Manns (Combs); her husband John H. Coker; her siblings, Loretta Hale Sr. (James) and Raymond Manns; and her son Rex Horne Sr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Anderson (Jerry) and Amanda Roby (Kurt Holcomb); her stepdaughter Rachael Deal (Ron); her sister Susan Jordan (Charles); her grandchildren, Derek, Andrew Anderson, Alexandria, Andrea Holcomb, Rylie Roby, Tyler Horne, Rexal Horne Jr. (Jessica Aldrich) and Rachel Albert (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Eban Albert, Peyton Albert and MJ Horne.

Memorial donations in Felicia's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
