He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Johnson, Jr. and Norine L. Johnson (Lawrence); and his brother Grover. He is survived by: his partner Marvin Keller; his siblings, Kay Harris (Royce) and Joel Johnson (Rose); and his sister-in-law Peggy Johnson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
