He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Stephens and Patricia Stephens (Eikenbary); his son Shawn Metzger; and his brother William Stephens. He is survived by: his spouse Billie Mullins; his children, Chasity Leonard (Metzger), Mandy Cummins (Metzger), Bobbie Jo Metzger, Jennifer Stephens, Ashley Mullins (Stephens) and Tommy Metzger; and his siblings, Joseph Stephens and Victoria Cordrey. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.

Masks will be required and Covid-19 protocols should be followed.
