He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Manns and Ethel Manns (Howard); his children, David Lee Manns and Deborah Ann Harris (Manns); and his siblings, Albert, Alvin, Burnie Manns, Mattie Leffler, Alma Jean Woods and Pauline Manns.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Manns (Burba) of Kenton; his son Dean Quintin Manns of Kenton; and his siblings, Russell Manns (Pat) of Charlotte, NC, Tommy Manns (Tina) of Troy, Alabama, Eveline Ratliff of Kenton and Bernice Ratliff (Gene) of Kenton. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Area Agency on Aging.
