She was predeceased by: her parent Clayborne Sr. White; her husband Jack Bowers; and her siblings, Laura Pauley, Claybourme White Jr. and Smith.
She is survived by: her son Carl Bowers Sr.; her stepdaughter Connie Bowers-Odell; her grandsons, Carl Jr. Bowers (Miranda) and Robert Bowers (Lauren); her sister-in-law Karen White; and her great grandchild Colt Jackson Bowers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Charlotte's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
