He is survived by: his daughter Annetta Chappell (Doug); his granddaughter Annika Chappell of Belle Center, Ohio; his brother Donald M. Griffith (Jean) of Bellefontaine, Ohio; his niece Andrea Jacobs (Cale); his great-nephews, Alex and Clay Jacobs of Indian Lake; and also Mark Griffith of Florida.
