He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Etta Smith, Sr. (Kearns). He is survived by: his sons, Jackson C. Smith of Washington, DC, Chandler Smith (Shaunah) of Marysville and Gabe Smith of Harrod; his grandchildren, Madison Smith, Sawyer Smith and Reed Smith; his siblings, Brad Smith (Dani) of New Jersey, Terri Reveron of Maryland, Deidre Krumpotich (John) of Florida and Julia Gull (Jared) of Virginia; and his spouse Michele Smith.

It was Charles wish memorial contributions be made to his grandchildren in c/o Chandler Smith and/or donations can be made to the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church, Kenton.
