She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Katterjohn and Lenore Katterjohn (Golden); and her husband Howard Spillman. She is survived by: her sister Mary Elaine Profitt (Richard) of Springboro; her sister-in-law Patricia Katterjohn (late Jack) of Kenton; her stepson Chris Spillman; and her nephews, Richard Katterjohn of Kenton, David Profitt of Dayton and Nathan Profitt of Waynesville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home (200 E Columbus St, Kenton, OH 43326). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Grove Cemetery (15443 OH-309, Kenton, OH 43326).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Evangelical Church in Carole's honor.
